And no I'm not talking about just any old bag! I'm talking about my love of my bright yellow purse and accessories in general.
There is nothing wrong with the first picture. Absolutely nothing wrong for a quick trip to Target and then off to the cabin. I try to take pictures Saturday morning for my Monday post so I took a couple and as I was getting ready to leave I spotted my bright yellow purse on the table waiting for me to head out the door. So I took a second round of pics and ran out to do my errands.
I just downloaded the photos (not a Superbowl kind if girl) and I'm truly amazed how one yellow purse can jump out and scream I'm on the arm of a fun person not a boring, middle aged lady (not that I'm often accused of being a lady let alone boring)
I live in separates and punch it up with scarves, jewelry and purses. The outfits go a lot further and I think they are more interesting. Hard as I try to get outfits together at night (not a good idea if I've been drinking wine) most times I am scrambling around in the morning trying to put it all together. So, then I just grab a scarf and some bling and I'm good to go.
With the challenges I am about to face at work, planning is going to be a priority. I guess I feel like I need to control whatever I can and keep the stress down as much as possible. Who wants to be stressed because they can't find a certain pair of tights or a missing shoe. From now on it's all going to be together right down to my drawers!
Soooooo. Do you think 53 is to old to wear a black, knee length, leather skirt? I just thirifted one and I'm dying to wear it. To much??
Stay tuned...........I'll let you know how the eyes from the work, sweatshirt crowd roll!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a good week and keep your chin up and your smile styling!
I'll be linking up with Patti @ Not Dead Yet Style for Visible Monday and Nora and Megan @ Two Birds for Inspiration Monday.
Pop on over and enjoy the fun!!!!!
