Monday, Monday

Well ladies another weekend bites the dust.  I am exhausted and feeling quite fat today.  Not sure if it's because I got up at 4am to make the drive home or if I enjoyed to many libations over the weekend.  Oh, yeah then there is the steak dinner we had last night!
Non the less I am in quite a porky kind of mood today.  So I guess no better time to blog and do my nails, and watch the Republican debate..........My God, can one girls life get any more exciting?

I usually try to get some bang out of my bloggy buck and link up with a couple of sites.  Alas, this picture and today's attitude isn't really multi link up material.
I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.
I mentioned last week that I want to do a post on fall trends using my blog buddies.  I got a pretty good response.  I have victims volunteers from 20-70 and even some multiples in different age groups.  No problem everybody can play this game. So that will be 6 decades of styling beauty!
My thought process now is how to go about it in the most efficient manner.  I know what trend I want to use.  I felt that jewel tones would be the easiest for everybody.  If if goes well maybe I'll amp it up next time.
Should I have each participant email me a photo or try to coordinate a mass link.  Where they link to my site and I link back to them when the whole thing is put together.  Let me know your thoughts.  By the way a few of you owe me your age...................Really, it won't hurt for long.
I'm thinking I bit off more than I can chew.   But what the hell.  Life is about learning, moving forward or standing still (by the way if you are standing still in front of me MOVE IT!)
Oh, shoot I gotta go.  It's the Chicago Bears calling.  One look at those arms and they want me as their new linebacker!

And my outfit.  I didn't have a bow blouse (used a scarf)  Don't have a dog and my cat wouldn't cooperate.

    My cats wouldn't cooperate either- I tried walking one on a leash last week and he was having none of it! ;) Beautiful outfit- I love the short sleeved blouse and those jeans are great on you! Heehee I like to blog, do my nails and watch Brothers & Sisters-at least you're informed of politics while doing yours! Sounds like a great challenge- I am a huge fan of jewel tones!

    i can't even tell that's a scarf, i even did the whole 'lean in close to the computer' move to get a better look
    great outfit! very simple and chic!
    so i completely missed where you were discussing getting the fall trend post together. i think it would be easiest for everyone to link up like two birds do for inspiration monday. can this 24 year old bug join in on the fun?

    Wow, you look so good in this outfit. The jeans fit you like they were made just for you. I am 59 and will be 60 in late November. I am proud of my age! I love jewel tones. I just pulled out my fall and winter and have some pretty jewel toned outfits.
