Well, the bad news is it's still winter.  The good news is that February is right around the corner and that means that March or "pre-spring" will be here before we know it.
I think this is a good time of the year to start bringing in some spring colors while still staying snuggly and warm.
Take a look at this outfit from Coldwater Creek.
I'd say it fits the bill.  Maybe a pair of black, flat, high boots would finish it off perfectly.
