Pinterest: Sometimes it's the Attitude

Hello, and welcome to another Pinterest inspired post.  In previous weeks I have explained how I pin outfits I like in which I already own some of the elements. This helps me maximize what I already have and gives me inspiration to combine elements in ways I would't have thought of.   I really do use this system on a daily basis.  I was getting ready to get dressed on Sunday.  I ran (rolled) over to my laptop.  The Man wanted to know why I was "dawdling" so then I had to explain my system to him  You should have seen the look in his eyes.  I'm not sure if he was looking at me like an alien creature but, at that point he walked away and opened up a beer!

I am still purging.  I did have a bit of a slip and bought two long sleeve, v neck T's from Target.  One red and one black so no doubt they will be in my rotation for a long time.
The hat was recently thrifted (oops that's another slip) and to me it just screams ATTITUDE.  I have somewhat of a big head.  Finding a brand new, still with tags that was slightly over sized for $1.00 was a HUGE deal to me.  I used an inspiration outfit pinned from Polyvore. It caught my eye with the pink and leopard combination..

Then I just plopped on the hat!  Trust me, I could use a little attitude right about now!

I will be linking up with Patti at Not Dead Yet Style for Visible Monday and Glamarmom for Monday Mingle

Here is the inspiration pinned onto my Fall Inspiration Board  Check it out you just might get inspired to assemble items in a totally new way.

Have a good week, keep the attitude in your style and see you soon!

  8. You nailed it. Pretty and looking very attitudish! You also look you are in the cantina, calling to your date, Antonio Banderas to hurry up and get that mohito to you, and peel you a grape while he's at it.
    That kind of attitude.
Hope you are feeling as good as you look.
